Office of Student Services
Our Student Services Center helps students resolve their problems
The Office of Student Services, working with all other Departments, offers a unique service as advocates to all students. The Office of Student Services centers its focus on Students’ social, personal, and academic adjustment to school.
Problems may arise in a number of different areas and it is important that these problems be handled in a direct, expeditious, and friendly manner. Students come to the office with concerns ranging from a need for academic training services to family financial problems, from course load difficulties to faculty issues or commuter/transportation issues, and many times just to have someone who can listen. Many students may have difficulty adjusting to the demands of an education or training classes. Whatever the reason, our Student Services center helps with any type of problem.
The Student Services Coordinator is available to help all students whatever their inquiry or problem. The office can personally assist, guide or advise students to the right person or place on campus to achieve resolution to a problem. With an open door policy all day long, students can feel free to get in touch on a personal basis with the Coordinator. The SSC will act as each student’s individual advocate and work toward the betterment of his or her school experience. The SSC is truly committed to ensuring the successful completion of course work and graduation of students. Simply put, we are here to help students become graduates and alumni of Berks Technical Institute.
